Caffè Cova is one of the oldest pasticcerie in Milan. This coffeehouse was Founded in 1817 by a soldier, Antonio Cova near the teatro alla Scala. Since 1950 Cova is situated in in Via Montenapoleone, the heart of Milan’s fashion district or quadrilatero della moda.
Caffe Cova serves delicious coffee and pastries as one can immediately understand just looking at the elegant windows and by entering in the main Caffè lobby. The long history and tradition make Cova a real institution that still maintains its aristocratic atmosphere.
In Milan the CaffèCova is wel known for its fine pastries and cakes, and remains common place for the wealthier Milanese and connoisseurs to drink a goodespresso or cappucino.
Among the tasty cakes that Cova offers, Panettone, the traditional Milanese Christmas cake, is to not to be missed.
In 1994 Caffè Cova also opened a branch in Hong Kong bringing its fine pastries and food to Asia.
